My nose

What's that saying?...'She couldn't see her nose in spite of her face?' Or something like that. Anywho, I was explaining to a friend that I was combing through books looking for Newfoundland imagery and she wandered why I didn't just go out and take a few photos of my own. Now why didn't I think of that? So that's what I did on this beautiful day on my way to Lark Harbour to teach the Grade Five's how to weave on a cardboard loom. (Most enjoyable by the way.) I've also been dyeing up some 'Circle Shawls' in what are considered the 'trend' colours for this season. I hardly ever follow trends...in fact I like to set them!! lol

Your triptic is gorgeous what with the colors and circles, the greys and blues...you really do live in a pretty spot...ha ha get it? Spot? Circle? I met a lady from Cornerbrook today! She left when she was 6 though...maybe you were in kindergarten together...
